1. Subject of the AgreementThis Agreement constitutes a public offer made by YASSPA DESIGN LTD (“Company”) to any individual or legal entity (“Client”) for the provision of interior design services. By ordering and paying for the services, the Client accepts the terms of this Agreement in full.
2. ServicesThe Company provides professional interior design services. The scope, content, and duration of services depend on the selected package.
3. CommunicationAll communication regarding the provision of services shall be carried out via WhatsApp and/or email.

• 4. Payment TermsAll payments are made in EUR (€) by bank transfer to the Company’s account:

• Bank: Revolut Bank UAB
• Bank address: Konstitucijos ave. 21B, 08130, Vilnius, Lithuania
• Payment is made by invoice issued by the Company.
• Services commence only after full prepayment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund PolicyPayments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Performance DeadlinesThe commencement and completion dates of services depend on the selected package and are specified in the invoice or service confirmation.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll design concepts, drafts, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been received. After payment, the Client obtains the right to use the final design materials for personal or business purposes, while the Company retains authorship rights.

• 8. LiabilityThe Company is not liable for any delays, damages, or deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers, contractors, or service providers engaged by the Client.
• The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the services paid by the Client.

9. Governing Law and JurisdictionThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.

• 10. Final ProvisionsThis Agreement is public and valid indefinitely until withdrawn by the Company.
• By paying for services, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
